I called Action to have a cable repaired that had broken. Jeremy was my technician and came out in a timely manner. He fixed my garage door and lubed it up in less than 30 minutes. I couldn't believe how fast and friendly he worked. He cleaned up after himself which now a days doesn't happen much. I will tell everyone I know to call Action and the price was reasonable too. Called on Fri PM when I had a spring break on a double garage door. Cannot open one in that condition. The owner made an appointment with one of his techs to come out and fix the door for the following Monday between 12:00 and 2:00. I got a advance call from Jerame at 11:30 tell in me he was on the way. Early for appointment, courteous and very professional. Explained what was wrong and my alternatives to fix the problem. Adjusted all my other 3 garage doors and repaired the broken unit. Kept his schedule with me, showing me he was respectful of my time also. That was important to me. I awoke to a problem with my garage door. I made a call to Action Garage Door and was informed that someone would be at my home within 30 minutes. But it was less than that when I received a call from Jerame said he would be at my home within 5 minutes.
