Action Glass

Action Glass keeps scheduling and standing me up without the courtesy of calling to let me know. The only way I find out is if I call them. They are unapologetic and completely flippant about their poor customer service.

I work and I keep taking off on the days they say they are coming only find out at the end of the day (NOT during the time-window they give) that they are not coming at all. Each day I've called to check and have been told the technician is running late but is definitely coming. I chose to wait on the technician each time because it has been so tough even getting this far.

Today was the last straw. I was supposed to have an appointment between 11AM -2PM and I just happened to call to confirm at 10:30AM. I was told that no one was going to be able to make it today. The technician allegedly called in sick that morning. NO one called me to even let me know (even though they knew at the start of the day) and had I not called I would have wasted yet another day of my time on this company. Rachael the person with whom I spoke seemed entirely nonplussed by my complaints over their unprofessionalism simply stating, "I deal with this all day everyday. Customers complain about this all the time." As if that makes it more acceptable that EVERYBODY has the same complaints??!!!

It's not ok to employ a company with no work ethic. It's not ok to blatantly waste mine or anyone else's time and money. And I've written letters to my building management and board to stop using them!

Action Glass is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with across the board for anything. And I am at my wits end.

I am hoping there is some policy in place to punish businesses who take advantage of and so grossly mistreat their customers.
