Action Heating Cooling & Plumbing

Action is advertising a $45 tune-up on television, but my first encounter was not good. I was told I needed freon, and after the freon was added, I had nothing but trouble. The three consecutives days of high humidity, I suffered tremendously with no air, because they were closed for the 4th and I did not get anyone out until the next Wednesday. The 2nd service tech came out and stated my A/C was leaking, but it was not leaking before the freon was added. I was very angry at first, but after the 3rd service tech came out, he [redacted] took his time analyzing the problem, and it appears my A/C is finally up and running again.

If at all possible, asks for [redacted] he was very personable and considerate. He stated he did not find a leak. [redacted] was awesome! It's good to see we still have some people in this business that are honest.

I had an appointment scheduled for noon for electric and plumbing. I got a phone call that morning from one of the technicians at 10:30 saying they were at my property. I explained I was at work. They said they would come back.
I went to the property at noon. I received a phone call at 12:30 saying the technician was stuck on another job and would be for three hours. I asked him to come at 4:30 when my husband would be available. He agreed. He never showed up and never called again that evening.
I received a phone call at 12:45 from the other technician saying he was at the property. I had already left since I had to get back to work and had not heard from anyone. He said he would be able to come the following day at noon. Once again, no call, no show the next day.
They both said they were not aware they were to be at my property at noon.
I called the main line for Action and was told that they said I only had a time frame of noon to 12:30, which is not true. I did not want any part of their services after experiencing this.
