order was emailed to them on July 21, 2016.  Well within our advertised time frame.This parent emailed in today, July 25 at 9:38am stating she had not received her photos.  She did not even give our company time to respond to her email before she filed this complaint.  We do have a responder on our email account that states their email will be forwarded to the appropriate person and that they will be contacted within 48 business hours.  I did respond to her email at 11:14am today, July 25, with her photos.I received your emailed filed complaint at 11:05am, today, July 25.  She responded at 11:29am, today, July 25 stating that she received her photos. Thanks,[redacted]Operations Manager
