To Whom This May Concern-
The simple response to this complaint is that All Sales Are FinalIt states that on our order form
the client signsWe provide a "service" not just an end product
The long response is this, I take issue that we have a complaint filed against us with the Revdex.com because we followed our company policyA company policy that is clearly stated in bold letter on the order form, that all of our customers signI think it would be a poor business practice for us to have refunded this woman's order as that would be an exception to our clearly stated company's policyIt would be unethical for us to treat this customer differently than we treat all of our other customersThere is no exception to this rule, every client in our company is treated the same- it's our company's integrity to provide the same service to each of our customers and that means we must honor our "All Sales Are Final" policy
While I understand and sympathize that the customer may feel as though his wishes were ignored, those wishes were ignored by his wife not our companyThe husband told me he only wanted her to spend $on photos and she spent $The phrase, "buyer's remorse" comes to mind hereA purchase was made, and for whatever reason, it was more than the customer felt they could afford, after she left the photo sessionI too am a consumer and if I spend more than I had allocated, than I feel as though I'm responsible and not the company that I purchased the product fromDoes *** *** refund you money when you "accidentally" spend more? Our order form clearly states "All Sales Are Final" and we feel as though it would be unethical for our company to change that policy for one customer

The short answer to this is, this woman has entirely too much time on her hands!  The long answer to this is this: Ms [redacted] called in stating she did not receive her Action Hero Digital package that she ordered from our photo session which was hosted by [redacted]’s Martial Arts in Fenton, MO on...

Saturday, March 4, 2017.  She spoke with [redacted], one of our customer service employees.  He advised her that she did not order a digital package.  She ordered a Champion Package which included sheet prints.  (Please see attached signed order form of the sale)  Said order was delivered to the martial arts school on March 23, 2017. [redacted] advised her that she picked Trading Cards for her bonus item and not a Digital Hero package.  She then stated that she never received the Trading Cards.  We show them on our packing slip that they too shipped to the school on March 23 with the sheet print Champion Package.  [redacted] called the school owner, [redacted] to find out if the Trading Cards for Ms [redacted] were still at the school.  [redacted] stated that she distinctly remembered giving the Trading Cards to Ms [redacted] when she picked up Anthony’s order from the school.  Her order was complete and Ms [redacted] was not missing anything when she picked up her order. [redacted] then called Ms [redacted] back and advised her that her order was complete and that she did receive everything on the order form.  Ms [redacted] then told [redacted] she was supposed to get a free sheet from the photographer for liking us on Facebook at the photo session. This is something that only the photographer can do for them during the photo session for physically going to our Facebook page in front of the photographer and liking our Facebook page.  The photographer then marks a free sheet on their order form.  This clearly is not marked on her order form.  We then went to our business notifications on our Facebook page, she did not like the page, as she stated, on March 4, 2017.  (Please see attached screen shot from our business Facebook page) At this point in time Ms [redacted] proceeded to tell [redacted] that she spent $178 with our company and that she was entitled to something for free and she was not giving up until we gave her something for free.  Our packages are designed so that the customer gets more items with the more money they spend and that does include a free item from a list that they can chose from.  She did in fact already receive free Trading Cards with her purchase.  The one thing that she was entitled to get free with her order. The FAQ sheet Ms [redacted] is referring to is not a receipt.  It is a sheet with frequently asked questions from customers after the photo session is over.  (Please see attached)  We try to give one to each customer so they know how to reach us and mark what is ordered on it.  We also leave a stack of them at the school that the parent can pick up in the event theirs gets lost.  This, however, does not prove what is ordered at the photo shoot, as it is not a receipt, and anyone can write on it after the photo session is over.  (Please see attached - her copy she faxed us) [redacted] even went as far as to let her know he would be willing to give her a free sheet, after the fact, if she would be willing to meet us half way and pay for the $5 cost of mailing it to her.  She refused.  She argued with him about our company policy and continued to badger him.  He then even offered her a $25 coupon for next year that would get her a free sheet at the photo session.  She refused. Ms [redacted] called our office and harassed, cussed at and called my customer service team names for 3 consecutive days and told everyone that she was going to keep calling us until we gave her something for free. At that point in time, we washed our hands of her and stopped returning her calls.  After she wasted our time investigating every claim she made that she had not received what was entitled to her, we refused to feed into it anymore since she did in fact receive everything that she bought and paid for on her order form and even a free item to boot.  We has a company and have to draw a line somewhere………
