Action Illustrated

We met with them at the Graphic Expo in Central Indiana, not only was everything impression but we purchased at a very steep discount. Its been a couple weeks and endless designs later, I love the products. The customer service is amazing and they email/ call within hours of me reaching out to them. The designs and customization is excellent.

We found Action Illustrated at the DAX show in Kansas City in February of 2015. Their software and design selection looked impressive but we decided against making the investment at that time. After we returned from the show we got several phone calls from Action Illustrated offering us a better deal than we'd been offered at the show and 60 days "risk free" to try the products and see how we liked them. If we weren't satisfied we were told to return the software and we would receive a full refund.

After less than 30 days we figured out the software and designs were not going to work for us so we made arrangements to return it. We got a return address, shipped everything back (with delivery confirmation from USPS), and waited for our refund. Over a month later we still have not received a refund AND the owner says since we opened the software we can't return it (even though we were promised a 60 day risk free trial). He is now trying to charge our bank for the remainder of the balance.

This company uses deceptive sales practices, will lie outright to close a sale, and will NOT live up to their end of the agreements they make. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!
