Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: This is not the information that I received from ***In addition, I request a full evaluation of the published [redacted] rates vs Great Eastern for the whole period of December [redacted] through April ***, or whichever day it is switched backAt that time, if it is deemed that the difference is greater than the $"good will" payment, Great Eastern will pay that differenceIf it is less than that, no reconciliation will be made in lieu of time, effort, and the trouble assumed by this customer In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

The customer's utility bill is split into two separate charges, the supply charges and the delivery chargesGreat Eastern, as well as all other ESCO's, can only be responsible for the customer's supply charges (i.e natural gas, electricity) which is the metered volume of the commodity the customer usedThe delivery charges are the utilities responsibility and cover the expense of utilizing their wires and/or pipes to deliver the commodity to the customer. There is nothing on our website or in our contract that would indicates our prices would cover both the supply and delivery charges ** *** has decided to switch back to National Grid and his utility bill will continue to show these charges as separate items even though National Grid is responsible for billing both chargesIn the event that ** *** decides to switch an other ESCO in the future, he will again only be able to purchase the commodityNo ESCO can eliminate or be responsible for the delivery charges from the utility

It is not legal to reject my requestWhat is the name of the person that did it and will they be held accountable?Who will pay the difference of approximately $that it has cost me as opposed to standard *** rates for the months of December and January since it was supposed to be switched December ***

There is nothing on our website or in our contract that would indicates our prices would cover both the supply and delivery charges

[redacted] notified us on 10/**/2016 that the customer wanted Great Eastern dropped as their gas supplier. We submitted the drop request on 10/**/2016 but was rejected on 10/**/2016. We received another notification from [redacted] on 2/**/2017 customer wanted Great Eastern dropped as their supplier. That...

request is pending the next meter read date. Customer continued to receive their gas supply from Great Eastern Energy due to the dropped request being rejected by [redacted].

Customer enrolled online through Great Eastern's web portal on 12/*/2015. He choose a fixed rate for 12 months at $0.1007 per kWh. His contract will end with his December 2016 meter read and will be returned his utility service at that time. Customer contacted our Customer Service Manager to...

complain about his budget billing. Great Eastern does not offer budget billing however his utility may have him on a budget plan. In addition, the customer may have been under the impression that by signing with an ESCO he would avoid being billed by the utility. Utility bill has two components, the delivery portion, which is always the utility's responsibility and the supply portion which a customer may choose to buy from a third party supplier such as Great Eastern Energy. Our charges to this customer were based on his electric usage, whch we receive from the utility, multiplied by the rate he agreed to on 12/*/2015.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

This is not the information that I received from [redacted]. In addition, I request a full evaluation of the published [redacted] rates vs Great Eastern for the whole period of December [redacted] through April [redacted], or whichever day it is switched back. At that time, if it is deemed that the difference is greater than the $150 "good will" payment, Great Eastern will pay that difference. If it is less than that, no reconciliation will be made in lieu of time, effort, and the trouble assumed by this customer.

The customer's initial request to be dropped and returned to [redacted] should have been effective on 12/*/2016. The customer will be back with the utility on 4/*/2017. Great Eastern will calculate the difference between what the customer was charged while with Great Eastern and what they would have been charged by [redacted] for those 122 days. If the customer paid more while still with Great Eastern we will issue a check for the difference along with an additional $150.
