On a routine service, a problem was found with our generatorDusty [redacted] isolated the problem and called the manufacturer to see if it was covered under warrenty, which it was notHe replaced the part and the generator is working perfectly I appreciated Dusty exploring all avenues before replacing the part

Matt C [redacted] just came out to my home to resolve a critical plumbing issueI had low water pressure and the tankless water heater didn't seem to be able to heat the waterStandard sent Matt out within a couple of hours and he had the problem diagnosed and fixed in under minutesHe just replaced the pressure regulator valve

Outstanding service from Matt C [redacted] Liked his work so much we had him back a week or so later to address a different problem Matt is extremely knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot the problem immediately plus he found a problem we didn't know we had and he was able to nip it in the bud before it became a BIG problem He brought his teammate Bobby J [redacted] , and the two of them working together are GREAT!

Recently Kurt Lcame and serviced my A.CHe was very professional - polite and niceAlso, I had to have a plumber come and Matt Cwas sent by StandardHe, too, was extremely nice and polite - professionalBoth of these young men were very knowledgeable of their dutiesWe have dealt with Standard for several years and have been very pleased with all of the jobs they have done for us

I called Standard Heat and Air on a Thursday I was in the middle of canning and my kitchen sink clogged upCatastrophe!
Standard said they were booked solid but would do their bestI said, "OK, but Please help, I get a lot of good caning on the line here"
Standard technician Yancey showed up in a mere hours!, and he was Great
His power "snake" machine had a lot of trouble getting through the several twists and turns of our circa pipes but Yancey made t happen,
I was very pleased (and relieved) and the cleanup was excellent and the price was right

He clearly knows what he is doing and we plan to ask for him again on future calls. You need to let folks know that plumbing is a serious part of your service, and it's first rate. I should also mention how careful and neat Matt was in everything that he did, cleaning up everything as he went.

We were depressed when we learned our heating and cooling system was on the blink. We aren't experts and dreaded the experience of choosing a replacement. We solicited four bids, one from Standard. Our first contact with Standard was with Brian P[redacted]. He listened attentively to our "story" (I guess they all have stories) and he throughly assessed our needs and the situation. Brian was patient as he presented four options to us for our consideration. After he left we had some questions and found him to be prompt to return our calls and give us answers.

We selected Standard after comparing the other options, as we believed they offered us the best value for the money plus professionalism and responsiveness.

They did not disappoint us. After our decision to buy, they scheduled us quickly for the conversion. We were fortunate that JD B[redacted] and RJ S[redacted] were the crew who started our work that morning. They clearly love their jobs and immediately gave us confidence they would do it right. RJ and JD had to work in extreme heat to remove the old system and install the new. They were efficient and professional, and throughout the day when we had contact with them, they were courteous and friendly. We felt good about having them in our home, as they demonstrated values consistent with integrity and good customer service. Later in the day they were joined by Ronnie and Kevin, two more crew members who brought the same values to the job.

During the process we tried our best to educate ourselves on the products. Our contacts at Standard were helpful to answer our questions. One week after the installation we are extremely pleased with the Trane system we bought. We also are pleased with Standard's warranty and maintenance offerings that provide some assurance to us that we will be taken care of in the future. We aren't worrying about that given the great experience we had on the front end. Hats off to a business that still has core values and instills those in its excellent employees!

The absolute best experience we've had with a plumber and his helper. They were very professional, helpful and on time. We had them service a toilet at my office, and they did such a good job we had them look at our other one and service it as well. We will always use Standard with any future needs. Matt and Bobby were the employees from Standard and we will ask for them here on our. I highly recommend this company.
