very negative experience from the start - poor communication (both quantity & quality) - canceled at the last minute due to rain, only to reschedule for the following day IN THE RAIN! charged me for their hr lunch break - changed the agreed upon $$ amount (I failed to get this in writing) - extremely unprofessional - damaged multiple area's / items and acted like they didn't do it - misjudged the move and had to do a 2nd run - charged me the full amount for this time, although I questioned repeatedly for them to do a pre-move estimate
