We had our appliances moved by Action MovingThey did a really great job, were knowledgeable about taking the doors off of our fridge and freezer to get it out of the house, they didn't cause a scratch because they were so careful, to the point they put a towel between a door that'd been removed and the wallThey didn't waste any timeSome people would slow the process to get paid more, but the gentlemen that did our move were so quick!

In response to the complaint made by [redacted] regarding her move for July 14, 2015. As stated in her complaint she did hire a 2 man crew. When changing her day [redacted] was told...
that the crew did have a job in the morning and as soon as they are done they will contact her and let her know that they are on their way. An estimated time frame was given to her. The 2 man crew finished their job up sooner than expected so when they were done they called [redacted], which is our procedure. [redacted] refused them and told them to come back at 12:00. The 2 men crew was then left for down time that they don't get paid for, so we sent them off to another job that could be started right away. The next available crew was Dean's crew which had 3 crew members. Action Moving did compensate [redacted] by giving her a 3 man for $20.00 extra $159.00 which is a huge drop for a 3 man crew. The normal rate is $179.00 mid-month rate. The move was done faster than quoted with the 3rd man. [redacted]'s original crew had the wardrobes, but she refused them for the time of their arrival. We give [redacted] a reduced price, her move was quoted for 2 - 4 hours for a cost of $695.00 and the crew completed the move in 2.75 hours with the one hour travel time the cost was $596.25. So in fact it saved [redacted] having a 3 man crew $98.75. Action Moving has provided customer service, completed her move at a lesser price than her original estimate.

Where does the quoted price of $695 come from?
The refund of $30 for something that was suppose to be free. Did you add the $30 into the cost?
You stated the move was completed in 2075 but your invoice states 1 van 3 men @ $159.00 for $159 for 3.75 not 2.75.
The quote was $139 with 2 guys because I am a senior. That is what I should pay. $139.00 x 3.75 + 521.25.

Great experience! The team is fast and all pro's. Pick up and drop of 4 bedroom house took 8 hours. If I have to move again I will be calling ACTION MOVING for sure. thank you for a easy, safe and great move.
