Misrepresentation of Needed Repair:
My wife brought our car in for an oil change and the rep told her that her brakes would need changing soon and marked the brake status as yellow
The rep obviously didn't know that we had replaced our brakes months prior So my wife told him we just had the brakes changed two months ago The rep went away and came back, scratched out the yellow marks and marked them all green
I talked to the service manager (Eli) and he told me that he would have the rep call my wife and apologize for misrepresenting the actual wear on our brakes Well, you guessed it, the rep never called, so now I not only have a problem with the rep, I have a problem with the service manager who didn't follow through on the promise he made me
