Action paving did my driveway It has not held up and this winter as it cracked up, we could see that the asphalt is only about 1/4" thick However, on my contract, I was charged for 2-1/2" of asphalt I had called a few times when the driveway first started cracking up & was always told they would come & check it out No one ever came

Similar to George who reviewed on 6/My driveway was surfaced (over the old asphalt) in May of Unlike George though my driveway hasn't begun cracking It did, essentially immediately, start, for lack of a better phrase, turning to black gravel -- not everywhereThere are plenty of spots that would be beautiful -- but way too many where I can sweep up buckets of black gravel In December I was able to fill a cuft wheel barrow and I know I didn't get all of it with a shop broom and a fair amount has likely ended up on the lawn at the edges Now that the winter's pretty much over I'm going to sweep again -- there are spots where, on foot, I've slipped because there is so much gravel
Like George I've got questions about the "inches" of asphalt I was supposed to have received there's a spot where the new asphalt is gone -- around the edges the remaining asphalt is about 1/2" (with or without loss thickness due to "gravelization") consumer beware
There's a year warranty -- but AP and I couldn't come to an agreement on repairs _and_ extending that warranty My concern was that I paid for a new surface on my driveway -- and, after "repairs", will it look new or like a patched highway? I was refused on the desire for an extended warranty

Review: After having driveway capped it is coming apart. Action Paving has not answered my calls to fix the driveway. They also did not appear in small claims court when I filed a claim there.Desired Settlement: Refund the payment amount
