Review: Action Paving was hired to rip out and replace our driveway. They were also hired to install a pipe at the end of our drive for drainage. That pipe was never installed, the drive has multiple sunken areas that collect water. The owner came here and promised that the end of our driveway would be ripped out and the pipe would be installed. He "fixed" the pooling water areas by drilling a hole through our brand new driveway. That did not fix anything. He has yet to come back, he has not answered our many calls. They were paid in full by mistake because my wife did not have time to look at the driveway. They kept asking for our payment before she left, so in good faith, she paid them.Desired Settlement: Come and fix the shotty work and puddles. Come and remove the end section of driveway and install the pipe that we paid for.
