We do not offer billing.  Customers are informed of this when they set up the call.  Landlords may be billed if they fill out a credit application and are approved.  Nicolas was informed of this.  He would not provide payment when the job was completed.  He was sent a bill...

and was phoned 9 times by our AR clerk in a two month time period.  He never returned any of her calls.  Once the phone was even picked up and then hung up.

Review: Action came out and completed some initial plumbing work at 406 Palomino Lane in Madison. We were told it would cost $250 for them to come back and complete the work, they were paid for the initial visit. They came back to complete the work on October 9th and were given my credit card information for payment because I live in Milwaukee. The card was charged $526.50 instead of the $250. I have been trying to get a resolution to this matter for almost a month now. I spoke with an Andy on this matter and he kept coming up with different times for labor and different material charges that did not add up. I still have not received a receipt or explanation. I have been patiently waiting for Action to resolve this matter without involving third parties for almost a month now. It seems to me that they just want to take the money and run.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $276.50.
