I had them install a heat pump in my new house and it never worked properly from day one and when it finally died 10 months later they refused to fix it.
After paying out over $2000 to get a qualified company to replace it, I found out that most manufacturers offer 5-10 yr parts and labor plans to qualified installers.
Makes perfect sense now that they only offer 1 year parts only.
