What a great experience I had at Action Piwersports in Ennis, Tx An employee by the name of Jerry spoke with me on the phone, set a meeting for the next morning, met me at the door and stayed with me for about four hours He was very personable and professional He made me feel at ease and comfortable during the buying process Jerry explained the financial end of the purchase in detail

THE WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I went and bought a brand new Polaris Sportsman [redacted] I bought the bike, brought it home and rode it around. Then I'm instantly having problems with the drive belt slipping ( IT LEFT ME STRANDED IN THE WOODS FOR NEARLY FOUR HOURS). So I called J.P.( biggest lying P.O.S. I've ever met in my life) the salesman that sold me the atv, tells me to bring bike back and he would have a mechanic look at it. If it was a factory defect then Polaris would fix it because the atv was under factory warrant. So I brought the bike back and they had it for nearly a week. I never received a call back about the atv so I gave them a call on the 5th day. They said the mechanic took the atv apart and the drive belt box was intact and sealed properly and the bike had no mechanical issues (I must have been day dreaming when it slipped in the first place). I told them this was unacceptable I paid over $7000.00 for this four wheeler and can't ride it and it needs to be fixed. He then lies to me and said he took it back apart and cleaned the clutch and dry belt box and that it was good to go. I went and picked it up Saturday morning and when I walked in the atv was in the exact same spot I left it when I dropped it off. He gave me the keys and said here ya go your good to go. When I tried to drive my new four wheeler up the ramps of my trailer to load it and strap it down the atv's belt slipped so badly in the parking lot that it started smoking and I eventually had to load it by hand. I went back inside and asked J.P. to speak to the mechanic and he told me he was too busy to speak to me. He then told me I needed to leave and then offered to sale me a new belt. Saying that it was a wear part not cover by any warranty with Polaris. So I left and took my bike to CYCLE TOWN SOUTH IN DESOTO TEXAS (The only place I'll ever bring any of my atv's for service or repair) I spoke with Nohl the mechanic on staff. He took the bike apart and found that ACTION POWERSPORTS IN ENNIS TEXAS LIED to me and never took the bike apart. The gasket was never installed from the factory, something they would have seen if they would have taken the time to take it apart like they said they had. And I'll be honest its not fair to Polaris that these so called powersport clowns are representing their brand. They should be ashamed of themselves. My atv is being taking care of by the good folks at CYCLE TOWN SOUTH IN DESOTO TEXAS. I would highly suggest anyone looking for a new atv or sport bike to avoid ENNIS POWERSPORTS like the plague. Thanks to social media I will be writing many reviews and telling anyone that will listen how bad my experience was at ENNIS POWERSPORTS.
