Action Transmission tow her Ford Tarusa on 08/12/When car came in the engine was kocking so bad that we could not tell if she need a transmissionShe ask what is cause the noise at that time she was told the engin and the cost of it was 2,400.00, shen then came in and told her that we need down so we could order the engineShe paid the down payment in two partsThis car have not bee registra in year and accord to the rush and water reside due, we know that this car been sit for a whileWe discover that her brake was bad when we test drove the engine that we installedwe told her about it at that timeshe response that she will get it fix latterM.Beson has a day warranty on the engine, we will be more then glad to take care of the problemSorry at this time we can not refund Ms [redacted] for something that is working finethank youMary G***

Action Transmission does not owe *** *** nothingStill very bitter ex-employee who purchased a MADZA on Nov.11,and never put a down payment on this carShe had made a payment and wrote her own receipt that she has presented to youMoney was to be given to companny in payments for a period of only monthsThis car should have been payed off,and is now taking years to pay,no interest ,no late fees and still she has a balance of for this carShe owes for keys and Towing She is trying to give ACTION Transmission a bad name

CUSTOMER RECEIVED INVOICE RECEIPT AT TIME HER VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AND PICKED UP DURING HER FIRST INITIAL VISITHER HUSBAND THIS SECOND VISIT 9-21-WAS GIVEN A RECEIPT ALSOINVOICES FOR PARTS WE ORDER FROM VENDORS, IN BULK FOR OUR INVENTORY , WE DO NOT GIVE TO CUSTOMERSHER HUSBAND WAS GIVEN
DETAIL AS FAR AS WHAT WAS DONE TO HER VEHICLE AND A DETAIL INVOICE WAS GIVEN ALSO

Very bitter ex-employee,accusations .Vechicle was taken,she left without making payments ,nothing down or other wise

Here is the information that [redacted] Requested on this 2002 Mazda 626.  We feel that this a frivolous complaint. [redacted] is on is in your system as the one who  Revdex.com would contact for aa complaint.  Payments made was toward 2002 MAZDA ,thats why we are not refunding any funds to her. Action Transmission

[redacted] needs to get her story straight. The original car she was to purchase  was the 2002 MADZA and there still is a balance of 765.00 on this car she was purchasing. She did not give any money down on the Dodge Durango,or Ford Focus or any kind of car. She gave 150.00 and 50.00 was going toward balance of 2002 MADZA. She knows this because we did not want to finance another car for her.Then she wanted the FORD FOCUS , but it did not work so she wanted the DODGE  DURANGO and it worked great until she had auto work done on it and she abandon it on the road and did not tell us until 2 weeks later. So we had it towed to Action Transmission. This has been going on too long ,she knows this is the truth,we owe her nothing and we can take it to court.

I have invoices from Action Transmission, that prove the payments that were made and that [redacted] and...

[redacted] signed off on them all. Even included one from 2016 to show the same signatures.  this company is very dishonest with their business practices. It will not let me attach photosI sent 4 attachments 3 might come I  separate emails. But they are copies of the invoices that were given to me by action transmission. The vehicle was never put into their name. So technically they couldn't sell anything they hadn't had titled to them. I have the reciept for the tag that I purchased to be able to drive the vehicle.

Thus company is blatantly lying to cover their behinds. How would I sign [redacted] to any of the invoices. [redacted] is the person that provided the reciepts from the start. That is why I sent in an invoice for 2016 on the 2002 Mazda. That vehicle broke down on 12/25/2016. And I paid to habe it towed to Action. I will attach an emailed copy of the reciept that was givi g on the Durango The copy that [redacted] signed before the money was collected by [redacted]. And to think they talk about being honest. .  Attached you will find the actual invoice that was given to me. Before the money was giving to [redacted]. Also you will note that originally the vehicle was suppose to be a Ford Focus that wouldn't crank. Now how is it possible for me to change the vehicle plus sign [redacted] and [redacted]. If I owed $400 and something on a mazda why does the invoice say over $2000. Very dishonest company and a bunch of liars.

need 1000.00 down so we could order the engine. She paid the down payment in two parts. This car have not bee registra in 10 year and accord to the rush and water reside due, we know that this car been sit for a while. We discover that her brake was bad when we test drove the engine that we installed. we told her about it at that time. she response that she will get it fix latter. M.Beson has a 90 day warranty on the engine, we will be more then glad to take care of the problem. Sorry at this time we can not refund Ms. [redacted] for something that is working fine. thank you.
