The first thing that everyone needs to recognize is that every home has some level of mold in itWe treated the 1st floor living area and crawlspace in the middle of OctoberA week or so later we received a call from *** stating that her son who lives there observed what he thought was mold on
the wall behind the bathroom tub and asked that we come back and take a look so we did within a couple of daysMy service tech Scott reported back to me that what they thought was mold turned out to be some kind of glue but he went over everything instead as a courtesyThe next time I got a call a couple weeks after that she said they had a mold testing company conduct a test and the 1st floor tested normalThey did however take a surface sample in the crawlspace and did say the crawlspace needed to be gone over againPreviously to this however, they had the contaminated ductwork in the crawlspace and utility room replaced which did exposed some mold on the joists that had been previously unable to get toWe went back a 3rd time after that and retreated again as a courtesyAgain a few weeks passed by and she text me yet again that the mold appeared to be coming through the sealerI explained to her that was impossible because when we treat, we first saturate and wipe down all the surfaces with a mold killer and the mold is dead within minutesThe sealer is white and keeps the mold from coming back but stains sometimes lleed through and we have to apply more sealerWe did however go back yet again last Ffriday Febuary 3rd as a courtesy even though there was no obvious signs of mold and again this past Monday the 6th one final time after she complained to your agencyWe have bent over backwards and done everything we can to make her happy and at this point are very confident her past mold issues are resolved especially since the 1st floor air sample came back normal

[redacted]We showed Mark our lab results from the tests our sons doctor told us to have done. Mark said it these are common molds and assured us that they are easily fixed. After they did their work the results for the same test came back worse! Over time and additional treatment failed a third time. Had I known he and his company couldn’t remedy our situation, we would have NEVER hired him. On a side note: his first crew that came here to our house didn’t even work for him full time. Just a couple guys that had nothing to do while his normal tech was on vacation. They had no business in our home. This company is a complete fraud and I will do everything I can to advise people to go elsewhere. I will continue to fight for a settlement whether it be with the Revdex.com or legal action.
