I urge anyone considering doing business with this dealership to run away as fast and far as you can They are dishonest and dishonorable, and will manipulate, lie, pressure, and cross the lines of ethics, in order to make a sale The GM is the worst of the lot He fosters an environment of dishonesty, and cares nothing about customer service or return customers Especially watch for bait and switch tactics The GM will dig in his heels and not work with the customer who dares question his ethics and business practices A word of warning: if you sign a conditional document, thinking you have days to try out a vehicle, but they rush you through also signing a binding contract (not explaining that it voids the conditional document), stand up and WALK OUT Don't make the honest mistake we made Any other business would have worked with the client to let them start over, but not this GM It's all about the commission and winning, because the client dares to question his practices Also, don't leave the dealership without copies of your document, and question why those documents weren't given, as they are at reputable businesses Please, please go to another dealership in town or out of town, but stay away from this business and their questionable practices!

Just want everyone to know if you want a new vehicle I advise you not to go through San Angelo Dodge dealership. They have the worst service department and poor standard operating procedures in this town! I will never buy from any All American dealerships again because of them. Not to mention the prices of their vehicles are higher than the other dealerships. I do have proof of all this! Also they expect you to "plan" your vehicle breakdowns, do without your vehicle for 2-3 days til they get around to "diagnosing" what is wrong, then tell you the breakdown repairs don't qualify enough man hours to give you a loaner vehicle! Aren't they wonderful??!!!
