As with all houses there's a punch list that needs to be taken care of at the end that we met Once final payment was to be picked up by my dad / part owner on Saturday the homeowner s got into an argument as to why there was money spent at multiple places from the loan that was to pay us The homeowners came out the back room at this point saying they needed to talk to me, Eric other part owner about some things I was at a wedding and called back right when I seen I had a missed call from Baton Rouge area The number I called back did not leave a message and later found out it was her place of work number Not sure why this number was used for the first time ever and message was never left The house did take longer than expected only due to special order cabinets we had no control over The second long wait was for special order molding for tops of cabinets that we though in for free This customer has over $in overages and we were will to negative them out because they were not excepting the paint job that was done multiple times to please them We have gone out of our way to even get them the experience counter tops that they had no money for to help them out The customer put a punch list together just like every new or remodeled house has at the end and it was satisfied by our company The real issue is the argument between homeowners as to where all the loan money had went My dad was sitting at there table while they argued about this This is a total joke that I have not tried to contact them as I have multiple, multiple emails, text, and calls for the last week that they have had no interest in getting back to me This all led up to Saturday when the final check was not written out I still have not been able to reach them by email, phone, or text as stated a week before any of this had taken place I can provide all this information as the process of filling has already begun We did the work and the customer does not ha e the money to pay, that's the only issue right now If it was any different, you would think they would have contacted me by now I have gone way over what for a homeowner and they just can't be satisfied
