Had an issue with the equipment breaking down, which cut into my usage time over an hour. They wanted to charge me for bringing back because I brought equipment back an hour later than original due time, even after I informed service tech that came out to fix that if it was a problem to call me. No one called so fiqured it was fine to bring back an hour later. Then even after breaking down and informing tech they still wanted to charge me for extra hour. Owner was rude and used profanity. For a company that has annual revenue from $50-$100 million, this kind of treatment to customer from the actual owner is appalling. Especially when their equipment breaks down and they tell you that your the problem and that I should have been able to fix it. Equipment breaks down a lot and they toss you to the curb if you tell them about it and need service. They want you to fix an equipment breakdown on your time and then they don't accommodate for your loss of usage time. If you have more than one or two equipment breakdowns, the owner will discriminate against you and won't rent to you. So when you call up to rent a piece, they tell you the equipment is available, then after you give them your name they call you back and tell you that the piece of equipment is down for service. Ended up working with new rental company where they treat you fairly and with respect.
