Review: There were several issues 6 months after a retaining wall was put up and never fixed. There were severe sink holes, loose blocks and bad cracks in the concrete steps and walkway that was in stalled less than one year after the installation. I have called Jack several times and he has never returned any of calls or attempted to fix the issues. I even gave Jack a bonus after the job was done because it looked good at the time, but he has never returned any of my calls once he collected his money.Desired Settlement: I had to fill in the sink holes myself and had another contractor come out to re glue the blocks, but they keep becoming loose. The concrete I cannot fix and will cost me significant dollars to have corrected.
