on febwe were scheduled to go on a service call to repair mr** ***' furnace he called that morning and left a message that he was out of town on a family emergency getting ready to board a plane heading back home and asked if we should reschedule or if we could still go out on that day we
were in the middle of a very cold weather situation and we decided to continue with the apptso we could get him some heat in a timely matter instead of a rescheduling for another week out he was very thankful for us understanding and wanted heat if possible when the tech arrived and made the estimate of repairs we called his extended warranty company immediately and they told us that the service call is not covered on his policy we tried to contact mr** *** but it went straight to voice mail for three calls at this point our tech had drivin over an hout to get there the repair job itself was a very short repair required still unable to get ahold of mr ** *** we went a head and made the repair and got him heat going after the repair was done and the tech was on his way back mr*** called we informed him that was a problem with his extended warranty and did not cover the service call and he said no problem he would take care of what ever it needed he was glad to have heat and was on his way from the airport right now when he arrived he upset that he had any bill at all and was mad at camping world for the promises that they made in refrence to his extended warranty he refused to pay the bill and got mad and cleared out counter of everything on it and it cut my finger when I tried to block the stuff coming at me we took pictures and called the skagit county sheriff and documented the situation with them they advised me to put the bill in the mail to them which we did the next day there was a voice mail from him saying please put the bill in the mail and he will pay it still have not seen a check from him the total bill is $
