Mr. [redacted] and Revdex.com, We are all very sorry that we failed to meet your expectations in regards to the initial service and repairs on your trailer. And we deeply regret that your perspective on this matter differs from ours. We did attempt our best effort when you came to us in...

February of 2016 to provide quality repairs and service, but we admittedly failed to deliver quality service on three out of the 11 requested service tasks that you have complained about (1, the tack room door, 2, hold back and 3, tongue jack) on your work order, that is why we without hesitation authorized [redacted] to do whatever you felt was necessary to remedy your 3 complaints. Prior to delivery of your trailer back into your possession from the [redacted] in August of 2016, we were presented with an invoice for the repairs that you had requested on your trailer and we promptly paid it so as to prevent any delay in its return back to you. [redacted] charged us retail market price for all parts and services rendered, including the noted repairs on your door and door hold back. Action RV had no control as to how any of the repairs were to be performed or imposed any limitation as to cost or scope of necessary repairs on your trailer. [redacted] was given full rein and we trusted their best judgement as an industry professional. [redacted] was solely your choice for the warranty repairs since you did not want to return to our shop in Bosque Farms. The choice of going to [redacted] for the repairs was yours, not ours. [redacted] is not an agent of Action RV and are in no way affiliated with Action RV. Action RV fulfilled its warranty obligations to you the same as all customers as expressed in the detailed text on every work order produced in our shop and then went further just for you, we paid another service provider to make the adjustments rather than forcing you to return to our shop. The warranty period for workmanship performed by Action RV staff is for one year from date of work order completion, subsequent repairs under warranty does not extend the warranty period beyond the original warranty start date regardless of who performs the adjustment.
