Ordered my screens and I was told they would be ready in about 6 weeks. Then a little over 6 weeks later the installers just show up at my door one morning. I received no call to make an installation appt. They told me that if they couldn't install the screens that day I would have to wait another two months for them to come back. A little over an hour after they left we found that one of the screens didn't lock properly. The office said the installers were already back in Albuquerque and wouldn't come back. Now I have a screen that won't even lock into place and I don't even know how long I have to wait for them to fix it. Very unprofessional behavior from what I've seen so far and I don't expect I'll be having them install any other screens for me.
In response to Mr. [redacted], Our company has been in business for 30 years. We absolutely pride our selves in honesty and integrity. Our reputation means the world to us. As a small family business we realize the importance of repeat and referal customers. If we had caused the cracking issue we would certainly take care of it. Action security iron has plenty of insurance in place for that just in case situation. After reviewing the pictures it’s even more obvious to us that we did not cause the cracking issue. You can clearly see the crack does not radiate from our mount. Unfortunately action security iron cannot offer any type of solution for this issue. This is a photo of the damage that was done to my unit. The business is confused about the discussion I had with their installer. The crack HE pointed out was a hair line and initially he said it had pulled apart when he drilled. I told him I had a crew coming in to repair cracks between the boards on the bottom of the unit and I would have the hair line crack repaired, amazing the selective memory, proves the adage “no good deed goes unpunished". I trusted them so I did not look any further, lesson learned. The damage shown on this photo is not the one we discussed. It is obvious to an honest person that the crack radiates from the work they did. This is not the only photo I have. if you look closely at the second photo you can see that the trim around the window has lifted from the wall, several of them were damaged in this way. The third photo highlights the nearly straight line from the screw they drilled into my wall and the damage to the wall in my NEW HOME . If action security would focus from a perspective of honesty and not greed they would do the right thing and make it right. I am ashamed that I referred to family and friends. I will see to it that anybody else who asks will get the truth.Found another photo. As you can see the trim around the window was lifted from the wall by the screw they used. crew to come out and look at the crack PRIOR to us installing any work on the trailer. In responding to the issue with Mr. [redacted] he became very rude and unprofessional. Once he cursed at me I decided to cut off communication with him. Our company absolutely prides it’s self with customer service. We would have no problem correcting any issue we may cause during the installation process. We simply do not believe we caused the crack. There is a reason Mr. [redacted] has spent several thousand dollars with us. We do quality work we show up on time and are very easy to work with.
