The above customer was up for renewal for a three year contract( Jangpartap Singh signed a three year contract to install and monitor his home security system) At this time the current cell module installed needed to be upgraded to a 4GB speed as required by the FCCI told him that the only way we
do this was for him to sign a new contract otherwise he will have to pay $including laborHe opted for the later, to sign a new contract instead of paying the $Then two months a go his wife called that she wanted the contract cancelled because the alarm system wasn't workingI told her that we don't cancel contracts for that reason that what they needed to do was call for serviceShe refused saying that they have had several issues with the system and must cancel the contractWe declined and countered that if they needed the contract cancelled that they will have to pay off what ever is owed on the contract, which is the number of months left before contract maturityI think he was facing a lot of pressure from his wife; he then said that he did not sign the contractSo began the problem

Review: I had never resigned the contract for extension whereas the owner sends me a copy of the contract where the signatures look clearly forged. Now that I told him that we are going to move and want to disconnect the service, [redacted] (the owner) claims that we are under contract. A very unethical dealer. on top of everything, when we contacted him, he used obscene language and was very very unprofessional.Desired Settlement: Not to send any more bills as we dont want to use the security services from [redacted].

I told him that the only way we do this was for him to sign a new contract otherwise he will have to pay $500.00 including labor. He opted for the later, to sign a new contract instead of paying the $500. Then two months a go his wife called that she wanted the contract cancelled because the alarm system wasn't working. I told her that we don't cancel contracts for that reason that what they needed to do was call for service. She refused saying that they have had several issues with the system and must cancel the contract. We declined and countered that if they needed the contract cancelled that they will have to pay off what ever is owed on the contract, which is the number of months left before contract maturity. I think he was facing a lot of pressure from his wife; he then said that he did not sign the contract. So began the problem.
