Action Sewer & Drain Service

This is the first time I have ever made a complaint towards anyone but this owner is extremely rude, unprofessional, and talks over everyone. To recap what occurred, I found Mr. B[redacted] information on craigslist and I thought his price of $55 per hour was extremely reasonable. Needless to say, I contacted Mr. B[redacted] and I informed him that I am a landlord and that I needed him to visit my rental property and provide me a bid on installing two shower valve & redoing my shower drain. When Mr.Bruce B[redacted] got to my house and he provided me with the bid. I informed the bid was great but I needed him to pull a permit because it was over $1,500 for the job. Mr. B[redacted] then started to get all hysterical and informed me that he does not like to pull permits. I then informed him if he does a good job then there is nothing to worry about. At that point, he started to use a racial epithet towards me due to the fact that I requested for him to pull a permit since the job was over 1500. Whatever you do not use this contractor. He talks over you and is very unprofessional.
