Review: Our church received from Action sign in May of 2014 a proposal for an LED sign for our church. We sent a $12,804.30 down payment of 6/3/2014. We were told it would take 8-10 weeks for the LED sign to be ready and installed. On June 16, 2014, they sent a quote for Electrical work. On July 10, 2014 they sent us info on "red lines from the city". These were taken care of during the month of July, 2014. On August 18, 2014 they sent us a waiver form which we signed and sent back right away. Many calls to them were placed from this date (august 18, 2014) until December 5, 2014. Every call they stated that it will be 8-10 weeks dues to production problems. One of those problems was that the person I was dealing with ([redacted] quit the company and no one else picked up her work. When they did finally place an order for the reader board, the reader board company confused the order and thought it was a duplicate. They stated that it will take 6-8 weeks due to the holidays approaching. During the next few months I again called numerous times and was told AGAIN 8-10weeks. On April 8, 2015, they sent me pictures of the sign in three sections that are ready to be painted. They also said that it is taking longer than expected and they will need 2 more weeks. We finally received the sign in early May. We did not get the training they promised and also they gave us old software. We have to contact Think Sign in Louisville Kentucky for help on the sign. They are very helpful whenever we call them and did set us up with the new software that we needed. Action Sign also stated at the time they were installing the sign that they would give us a sing with our address on it to attach to the street side of the LED sign. We are still waiting for this and the feeling at our church is that this will take as long as the LED sign took.Desired Settlement: This is information for the Revdex.com about this company and the poor service they performed. Also, we would like to have the side lettering from them as soon as possible.
