The whole process was all done onlineThe request and approval was all handled quickly and very efficient Loan was paid off early and they handled all closing tasks for account and confirmations Customer service was very helped when contacted with a few questions Only down side was that if you do not keep up with the time to make payments the interest and late fees could add up More responsibility is passed onto the customer (which is fine) but just a heads up to those who are not very organized to keep up and manage the transactionsThey have the option to set up alerts but since mine was paid off early I never received to verify how well or if they workWould recommend especially for small, quick services/needs that pop up and would use again

Well so far I guess okay we had a problem & miss communication meaning when first got the loan spoke to one person was approved for a $to get our truck fixed the person said to me & the worker from the shop that we didnt have to do anything else but they fix the truck & when it was done to call them let them know so they can give the money to the company that fixed our truck it was said to the both of us that there was no time limit on fixing the truck by the CFS person okay so it time to pay the people they said that I had to rearrange the loan okay so I do it now this time they said I can only get the loan for $so now we like what! But mind you the auto place and myself spoke to the person from CFS said no time limit on fixing the truck but they told me time ran out so needed to redue now I'm not sure why but okay I did just that so the total of the truck was $when told them.this the one person became very rude to me & the person from the auto place that fixed our truck so now we're stuck can't get our truck back because we got screwed out of the $that was said I was approved for so now I'm stuck paying for a loan of a $1000(which by the way when I have the person from the shop the virtual credit card it didn't go through for the first hours so they had to redo and so thankful for Stormy for helping us with that the other young lady that we talked to her she had a major attitude and didn't want to help with anything but thankful that they got out we was able to pay the $1,000) for something we can't get that still at the shop because we can't get another loan to pay off but I'm do right pay this loan off and be done with this loan place never again I feel we got done wrong not cool! Next week do better research! That's my input I know in the end God will work it out....I already sent in first payment early which will do until paid off...but I must say one of the people we spoke with with tried to help.us she was very nice listened to us & tried help with the problem Stormy was her thank you to her for caring
I never had a problem with this company since I started with them They are very easy to work with and very professional We used this company for when we needed to have service done on our vehicle at the dealership here in Gainesville, Tx all we had to do was get a quote on how much it would cost then notify CFS and then within a few minutes we had the approval They automatically pay the dealership there is no check or money to you So when the work is done on your car they are paid We no longer have our ford fusion but, our kia dealership also uses CFS and I am really happy about that Is helps you out when you are in a bind and don't have the money up front to pay The payments with them are very reasonable
it was good no hidden cost just what they said, I borrowed money to fix car, paid it back and that was the end of that, good experience
