this company has very bad service, we had sent them pictures of a solarium metal part that we needed but can never get an answer from them. All we need is a yes or no but it seems that it is too difficult to do that.

Jim [redacted] is not reliable - doesn't write his dates in his book and keeps you waiting for a quote I'm surprised he still in business!
