I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. In reference to case #[redacted] that has been closed, the issue has not been addressed by the Company and I apologize for allowing the 5 days to lapse on the case. Overlooking the condensing tone, the response from Action Sports Video fails to address the substance of my complaint. I was charged over $90 originally and only refunded a portion of the money (roughly $60). I was not responsibly refunded as the response claims. I have brought this to the attention of Action Sports Video Customer Service but receive no response. The issue remains open. I have been over charged and the Company is ignoring my attempts to resolve this matter and has apparently not taken the time to review the Revdex.com complaint. A simple audit of records will show that I have been not entirely refunded. Please re-open the complaint. The money has not been refunded nor has delivery of items been completed.

Review: I ordered 2 snowmobiling videos slednecks 17 and boondockers 11 and I payed for 1-3 day shipping and I still haven't got the DVDs and the money got taken out of my account and I cant get ahold of anyone the I've called and sent emails nothing back I just want my DVDs.Desired Settlement: Send me my DVDs please!!!

Review: I ordered 3 videos and they offered 2 free videos of my choice for a total of 5 videos. I ordered 2 bargain videos at $9.99 each and they offered a free video under $9.99 for buying those 2. I also ordered 1 video for $11.00 which brought my total purchase price to over $30 which they offered another free video under $9.95 for the order being over $30. This gives me a total of 5 videos. I received 5 videos of which only 1 was what I ordered the other 4 were incorrect. I took a picture of all 5 videos and contacted actionsportsvideo via email with the attached photo and a screenshot of my original order form so they could see in detail that I did not receive what I requested. I let them know that 4 of the 5 videos were not what I ordered. They replied and said that 4 of the videos I requested just happened to run out stock right after I ordered them. Then they go on to say that they contacted me and I gave them an ok to send the videos I received. I emailed back and told them that I was in no way contacted or notified of the issue and I certainly did not give them the ok to send me videos that I did not order. At the time of my order this company was running 2 websites with different ordering incentives. After they informed me that the 4 videos I ordered were out of stock I decided to check their website to see what they still had listed for sale. I found out of the 4 videos they did not send me that 3 of them were listed as being available on their website 1 week after I received my partially correct order. You will see that I let them know this in my email correspondence. I am attaching the entire email communication that I had with this company for you to review and the photo I sent. The 1 correct video is in the top left corner of the photoDesired Settlement: I am requesting that they send me the 3 video titles that are on my original invoice they are: The Community Project, For Right or Wrong, and Child Support. These videos are showing to be available for purchase on their website today 12-12-14. My original order invoice is at the beginning of the email communication I am attaching. 2 of the videos are listed in the comment section below my address as this is where they tell you to put your request for the free videos you want.

Review: This company hasn't sent the paid for order of DVD's.

Multiple attempted to contact through message system and by phone have all failed.

They do not monitor their online order status message system.

They do not answer the phone.

They continue to send me email ads for business yet won't deliver on previous business.Desired Settlement: Either deliver the order or issue a full refund.

Review: I ordered 4 videos from this company on Sept. 30th, 2015. I received the videos in a timely manner, only to find that one of the videos was the wrong one. I emailed them on Oct. 11 to inform them of this. Initially they were helpful in explaining the situation and offered me the option to keep the wrong video that had been sent on accident and they would send me an additional one of my choice to replace my original choice (3 Minute Gaps) which they claimed was discontinued and out of stock, but which is still listed for sale on their website. Then they stopped replying to my emails. I have emailed them numerous times requesting an update and have received almost no response. They finally emailed me on Nov. 23rd telling me that they were surfing a lot and now the video Unreal Mountain Bikes was in the mail. It's been 18 days and I have yet to receive any update or the video. No tracking number was included in that email so I have no way of knowing if they even sent it out.

If you check their Facebook page I posted a comment on Nov. 4th hoping to prompt SOME type of response from them, instead multiple other people have responded stating all the problems they are having with the company. This seems to be a very poorly run company with shady business practices.Desired Settlement: If it's available I'd like to receive the 3 Minutes Gaps movie that I originally ordered. If it's really not available I would like to receive the Unreal Mountain Bike DVD that I chose to replace it.

Ideally, there would also be some sort of improvement in their business practices and customer service so other people can be saved this hassle too.

Review: Ordered a DVD as a christmas present for my son, Company shipped incorrect video & acknowleged their error & gave me options : credit back my card, order a replacement video or keep the incorrect video. I told them to credit back my card as we already had the video that they sent. They then offered me two videos as replacements for this error in shipment. I agreed to this & provided them with the two videos & put the miss- shipped video in the mail per their instructions including the packing slip. After hearing nothing back from them after a couple of weeks I contacted them & asked what the status was> They responded "have you not already received them"? I responded informing them that I had not & asked if they would check with their shipping department. When I did not hear anything back after a week or so I asked again what the status was & was told this time that they never received my returned video. I sent them a final email including a PDF of the postal receipt showing a ship, anticapted delivery date to Vista Ca PO BOX ( which should had been delivered three weeks prior to this timeframe). I gave them two options: either credit back my card or ship me the two videos as the postal receipt proves that I shipped them....remember who shipped the order incorrect / any reason to believe that they did not mess up the return). They have not responded to that email & one more asking for status on my request...that was over 2 weeks agoDesired Settlement: This company has a pattern of very bad customer service as I have subsequently found out from reading other complaints on the web. All I want is either my two replacement videos or I want my credit card charge reversed - I do not even care about the amount of postage it cost to send it back to them.

Though more so than the money, what I really wish for them is to learn how to run a decent business & to treat their customers as customers. I felt as those they were accusing me of being a liar in that I never returned the video...the postage receipt proves them wrong & they will not even respond.

Keep in mind, all of the communication was done by email as they NEVER answer their phone...That fact was also stated from other complaints that I read. Had I gotten someone on the phone I think we could have resolved this issue.

An item this customer sent back for exchange must have been lost in the USPS mail system and we did not receive it unfortunately.

Our communication with the customer offered him 2 DVDs of his choice to make up for the issue and we have now sent the items to the customer and the issue is now resolved.

Review: On Dec. 9th I placed an order for two DVDs from Action Sports Video on line. I have ordered from them before. I paid extra for 5 to 7 day shipping. On Dec. 10th I received an email stating my order was shipped. I did not receive the order until Dec. 22nd. When I opened the package the DVDs that I ordered were not in there, just two other DVDs not related to my order at all. I got on line that day and sent a chat mess. got confirmation my mess. was sent, but they did not reply. I tried calling their phone number under customer service for the next two days, no answer and could not leave a mess. I started emailing and I have not received any response at all. I have also posted on their face book page and they have removed my postings and still did not reply. I have tried phone, email, chat and face book, they will not respond. Their web site says if you have a defective order get instructions from them first before returning.Desired Settlement: I want the DVDs that I ordered and a refund for the shipping I paid for faster shipping.

Beware!! The website actionsportsvideo.com is a scam!! They are located in Vista CA. My mother ordered a dvd from them for my boyfriend the beginning of December, still haven't received it. Their phone always says "We are currently closed". Several email address' say "undeliverable". Once I looked at reviews they have several other people saying the same thing. They have a PO Box in Visa CA. Sad to see people doing this and didn't want it to happen to anyone else!
