[redacted] came to our Dealership to replace her 1998 VW Jetta that had 175,000 miles to purchase a newer more reliable vehicle. Her salesperson showed her a 2015 Chevy Sonic that met her needs. When [redacted] was presented with the original deal at $255 a month, she said that payment was too much...

so we were able to reduce it to $238 per month which included a 2 year 24,000 mile extended warranty and gap coverage. Our intention was to satisfy her needs. [redacted] was fully aware of the monthly payment of the car. At no time did she say that she did not want to make the deal. [redacted] came back to the Dealership various times because her biggest concern was the warranty. [redacted] was not understanding that the car had some remaining power train warranty and the extended warranty would not take effect on the power train until that original warranty expired. [redacted] thought that she was being sold something that she did not need. However, the extended warranty was going to cover other items that were now not covered by the original warranty. This was explained to her many times. Being in business for almost 30 years and being an A+ Rated Business it is not our intention nor our practice to take advantage of people by deceptive business practices. We have built our business on referrals and repeat customers. Ms Tucker was brought to us by one of those repeat customers that had a good car buying experience with us.

In response to [redacted]'s rejection of our response, we feel that we fulfilled her transportation needs, by replacing her 1998 VW Jetta with 175,000 miles, for a more reliable vehicle. During the sale process, at any time, [redacted] could have rejected the deal proposed to her. In fact, many customers leave without purchasing a vehicle or go home and think about it. When a customer comes into the Dealership to finance a vehicle they fill out an in house Dealer Track credit application that is submitted to the banks for approval. In this case [redacted] was the bank that gave the approval for financing. We did speak with [redacted] about the possibility of her switching into a car for less money but that car would be an older vehicle with higher miles. Unfortunately [redacted] would still have to finance so based on an older vehicle with higher miles the bank would give her a shorter term for the loan hence the payment wouldn't be much less. We told [redacted] going that route probably wouldn't be the best idea. Also, that vehicle may not even have any balance of factory warranty. Again, [redacted] came in for a more reliable car than she had. At no time where we dishonest with [redacted], we merely presented her with a deal for a newer vehicle with warranty. This purchase was made at will and our intentions are not to "Lock anyone in any commitment that they don't want". As for our company gain, we made just over $200 on the sale of the car. Our goal is to gain customers and have them refer us to family and friends, just like [redacted] was brought to us.

Complaint: [redacted] The Northeast Car Connection has been fraudulent during the purchasing of this vehicle. It was unlawful  what they did to me. They lied about my income to the bank about me receiving $2,200 dollars a month. My cousin [redacted] was present when she heard Aaron say if the banks call you tell them you receive $2,200 a mouth and [redacted] said, you lie for people to get a car. Aaron just ignored her, so this shows you how desperate he was to make the sale. I would not have lied to the bank I was very honest with this company knew about my income they knew I was receiving $775 a month  from Social Security a month. It was a lot of manipulations from Aaron  the salesperson he said all the right things for me to feel comfortable with buying this vehicle. If he was totally honest he would have explained every document that I signed. When I came into their facility they never had me fill out a track credit application they are lying about that and if my signature is on the document like  that, that's committing forgery. if they had a been honest with me from the very beginning I would have waited to buy the vehicle. This company need to be investigated they probably been getting away with this  years! There is no way they can charge someone $18,000 dollars and only make $200 off of it! Someone told me that car dealerships are some of the worst people to do business with, they never value me as a true customer. it was all about the money. [redacted] knew from the beginning I had major concerns about purchasing this car but Aaron was very convincing!am rejecting this response because:
