the car and lots of confusionThe original time was supposed to be from 10-One of the girls called and wanted it to be 10-6, I agreed to start hours earlier and that I had to be back by 5:pmEverything was done over the phone, including the down paymentNo one ever came in to discuss and arrange the routeNormally I map the route to start at the end and work our way back in order to give the customer's the most time at the wineriesThe trip there was supposed to take 1/hours but with the pit stops we made on their request, it took hours and minutesI had been in the car driving for hours and had told them I wanted to stop and grab something to eatFinally after not eating for several hours, they had food they brought back and I did ask for some to hold me overOne of the woman said yes and then a discussion took place and I was told noThe mother of the complainant screamed at me and was pointing her fingers in my face and I did scream backI did send a text afterwards to apologize, this was unprofessional of meAt the last winery they were only there for minutes due to their own planningOf the ten women, stayed and I drove of them backThe that returned had a blast in the limoI did complete the service and I put up with a lot in doing soI also texted and apologized to ***I offered her free hours for the wedding in good faith for the issuesI did not hear back from her

Revdex.com spoke to Thomas at business and the following was relayed: I completed the job I was hired to doI do not feel that there is anything to give the customers

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The original time booked was always 10a-6p. We contacted him a month prior and added an additional 2 hours on. We were told that he had another fair at 6:30 so it would have to start at 8a. Tom never stated to us that he wanted to stop for food other than him buying breakfast at a rest stop. On the way up there, he complained to my Maid of Honor [redacted] how far it was, how much gas it would be and asked us to cover that cost. She refused. He did contact [redacted], admitting he was unprofessional and offering to give us 4 hours of free limo service the day of my wedding. We responded to him the following day the only way I would consider it was if there was a different driver. He has yet to respond. I was contacted my Tom today. He lied over the appointment times, blamed all of us then screamed at me for 5 minutes  I terminated the phone call. I contacted him back to tell him I was reporting him again to the BB, the AG office and contacting the news  he told me then he thought I was the Revdex.com, that he wasn't resolving anything he didn't care and hung up on me.
