Sloppy and rushed tinting at premium prices
Got the top of the line ceramic tint which ran $plus a $removal fee for my old tintThey finished the entire job in less than hours and left my car parked outside their shop unlocked with the keys in it by the time I picked it up at 4:with the shop closed and deserted, when they are supposedly open till One side window had a big hair under the tint, the rear window had scraps of old tint left underneath it, dust bubbled under the tint everywhereEvery window had obvious problemsMy interior was left littered with trash and utterly soaked from the soapTo top it off there were scratches left along the side of my car and along the trunk
I returned the next day to find the shop open but deserted, I was originally told they would be "too busy" to fix my tint but I guess that meant "no one wants to work that day"The owner came to fix the tint himself, but only had time to do one side window (with the hair) and the backThe shop is poorly lit, so unsurprisingly they install with the door open which lets in all the Arizona dustI watched as the owner dragged his toolbelt up and down the length of my carThe new side window tint has creases and scratches in it instead of hair, the rear window still has the old tint pieces and dust, just in different placesI was told the "dust will go away, you wont even notice"Bubbles will go away, the fluid will dry, but dust won't be absorbed into the tint, I'm not that stupidAnd guess what, a month later it still looks terrible
I had to ask what tint brand was even installed- Solar Free Artisan is the ceramic stuff they offerYou will get no literature or warranty card with your installIts a virtually unheard of brand on the internet, just for prosperity it seems like an ok tint- the one positive is optically it is very clear if that's what you likeI'm not impressed with its heat blocking ability that much, for the price I could have gotten a better known brand with a warranty that I could actually use
Coming here was a terrible mistakeIf this was a $tint place it would be acceptable, but for the prices they charge the quality is terribleThe fact they removed my old tint and did the whole install in hours is a huge red flag, and the dusty, sloppy results bear out the quality of the installThe owner was not the slightest bit put off by the tint job I got, he stressed that his crew knew what they were doing and installing tint was "hard" and expecting a finished product without hair and dust under it is unreasonableApparently that is the best they are capable ofI wish I could rip the tint out and get my money back, at this point I don't want take more vacation days from work so they can try yet again and again to fix it, they have already proved they don't care about me or my car
I only hope I can save someone else the misery and implore any would be customers to take your business somewhere else!

In response to this claim, I would like to start by saying we have...

tried, and will continue to try to make this customer happy. 
Uponn inspecting the windows for the customer, I found that the front doors needed to be re-tinted due to contamination at the bottom of the windows. I do understand that this vehicle is new, and it should be able to have a clean tint job. Upon further inspection with the customer, he showed me a small scratch in the tint on the rear glass and a very small piece of contamination on one of the rear quarter glass windows. I agreed to fix those as well. We scheduled the repairs to be done at 4:45pm on Thursday, March 26 2015. At 4:55pm on that day we were called to be warned that the customer was running late. They showed up at 5:20pm. We replaced the quarter window and the rear glass to the customer's satisfaction. Since the customer states that 4:45pm is the earliest time they can get to our shop to get work done, we removed the front windows and cleaned them so it would make the re-tinting on them go much faster, and give us ample time to tint them should the customer get stuck in traffic again. 
Again, I would like to make this customer happy. I would like to finish the job which we have started. The front doors are the only ones that are not completed, and we have been waiting for the customer to schedule an appointment. 
As far as a scratch on the rear glass goes, I was never made aware of this. No one ever showed me this. No one ever described this to me as we were walking around the vehicle inspecting the windows. If there is irrefutible evidence that we scratched the glass, we will replace the glass. We are not in this business to damage vehicles or make our customers unhappy. 
The customer's desired settlement is:
"I would like my rear window to be repaired/replaced and a full or partial refund for the services since I will no longer be accepting their work on my vehicle and would likely choose another shop which I have worked with before to do my tint. I have photographic evidence of window scratches if needed to show damage."
My desired settlement:
I would like to see the scratches in question, and take care of that accordingly. I would also like to finish tinting the front doors. I do not agree with a full or partial refund for the work performed as we were not given ample time to fix the issues.

Review: I ([redacted]), had originally gone to Action Tinting on March 17, 2015 at 10am, to get my husband's [redacted] tinted on all windows. Upon inspection at the shop I had them redo the two front windows due to much noticeable dirt under the tint film. Once I left and reinspected the tint at our home I noticed the bottom of the front windows still had dirt and was told by the installer "this sometimes happen when the water gets sucked back in at the bottom during installation". I [redacted] inspected all the windows the following day upon arriving from work to find multiple windows with dirt and/or fuz under the film including a vertical cut in the rear window tint. I called Action Tinting to have them redo the tint and received an appointment for Thursday, March 26, 2015 at 4:45pm. Upon arrival they removed the tint from the rear window the two rear corner windows and the two front windows. Due to closing at 6pm they only did the 2 rear corner windows and the rear window and informed me to call them back to schedule the 2 front windows. Unfortunately upon inspecting my rear windows I found multiple deep scratches consistent with the cutting utensil they use during measurement of the rear window tint. Something which they will more than likely hold themselves not responsible since they have already acted in a manner towards us saying it was our fault in the first place since supposedly the car was filthy causing the tint to have dirt spot. This vehicle in brand new and we have not caused the slightest scratch on it and here I have a shop which had good ratings on yelp but the repair to their product has cause damage that cannot be easily fixed on top of full payment for a service that I have yet to completely receive in which I am satisfied. I have had multiple vehicles tinted and other shops and I have never found myself having to deal with a shop that has not paid attention to detail. Either its on purpose due to my nikpick or not.Desired Settlement: I would like my rear window to be repaired/ replaced and full or partial refund for the services since I will no longer be accepting their work on my vehicle and would likely choose another shop which I have worked with before to do my tint. I have photographic evidence of window scratches if needed to show damage.
