Action Towing

Terrible company. I waited over two hours for a tow and they told me that their response time is very often over two hours. What a joke! I can not recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible company. Waited 2.5 hours for a simple tow and had to call them multiple times to find out where they were and was promised "it's on its way". No customer service to say, sorry we got busy, etc. just waited, waited, waited. Refused to negotiate fee because of their ineptitude and were nasty on the phone. AVOID AVOID AVOID
