Predatory towing company, chargged $cash only to recover my car, towed from a private lot with a VERY small sign within mins of my arrival

It was my wife’s birthday and we went to a new restaurant in downtown Oregon City, we parked in a lot behind the restaurant, there was a no parking sign but there was no company listed in on the sign, usually it will say who the lot belongs too, we figured since it was connected to the restaurant it was the restaurants parking lot, minutes went by and walked back out to the lot, they were towing a car out of the lot, our car was already goneI asked the gentleman why they towed the car as we parked in the Restaurant parking, he said this is not restaurant parking but would not tell us who’s lot it belonged too, just said call the number, we had two young children who required car seats, I again asked what we could do and he started yelling at me to call an Uber!! We have children we need car seats and can’t call an Uber he then said go buy some car seats and call an Uberwe called some family to come pick me up while my wife waiting nearby as we were stuck there with no car or
