Review: Received a Psycho Ballistics Silver Bullet LED paintball gun -Black for my birthday Feb 12. When I tried to use it I discovered that the gun was defective and would not fire on Feb 16( my first time using the gun). The hammer does not stay back when you ck the gun and immediately returns to the uncocked position, after you attempt to fire the gun. I tried to switch the 9 volt battery, lube the gun and switch from compressed air to CO2 and nothing made a difference. I brought the gun to a paintball technician at paintball explosion in IL and the Tech adjusted the pressure, checked the O-rings and adjusted the frame to see if this would help. After about 45 minutes the Technition working on the gun determined that the gun was defective and would have to be repaired. He offered to fix the gun but since it was brand new out of the box I told him I would contact the vendor it was bought from for a refund. I contacted Action Village on Feb 16 via e-mail and then called at 8am PST as soon as they opened. I talked to the customer service representative who told me that since I attached the compressed air to it they now considered the gun "used". I explained to her that in order to test the gun you need air to shoot it. She agreed with me but still said that was company policy. I told her that this was a new gun and it did not work. She advised me to e-mail the supervisor Trevor. I requested to talk to Trevor multiple times but was told he did not take customer calls and only worked via e-mail. I said I have never heard of such a policy but requested to have Trevor (the manager) call me and let him know I have an issue. She said okay, 9 hours had gone by and no e-mail or call from Trevor. I called again and the customer service rep restated that I needed to wait for Trevor to reply and he is busy and does not talk to customers. I reiterated that I am extremely frustrated with the fact that I can not talk to a supervisor over a gun that will not work.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for the paintball gun, unused CO2 Tank and Kingman 200 round paintball Loader. I also want to return the gun, CO2 tank and loader free of charge as I do not feel I should be responsible for the shipping costs.

Review: They got my order completely wrong. I literally had to send several emails, make several phone calls and have 2 live chats just for them to finally send me a return shipping label (a week later) which I then had to take to a Fedex office. This caused me to not be able to take my product on the trip I was taking which I was really looking forward too. If that wasn't a big enough hassle when I finally got the new shipment a full month after I received my first order it was damaged due to the way it was packaged. After taking the time and care to package the stuff I sent back to them so it wouldn't be damaged this is infuriating. I'm trying to get a hold of them again with no response as of yet.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back for the item that was damaged.

Review: I ordered shoes from this company in august. Paid for 2 day delivery and never recieved them. Customer service rep [redacted] is the man on the phone. I spoke with him several times, first he said they were waiting to see if a claim could be filed. Next he said a claim had been filed and waiting for usps. Next call he stated the claim was approved for a $50 refund and usps would call me directly. I then spoke to usps and was told the claim was denied (delivered on sunday they said and denied the claim). Usps gave me [redacted] would be the one to get a refund if any. I spoke again to [redacted] who denies any conversation about my refund and said he needed to talk to usps again. Refused to let me speak with a supervisor or give me any information other than their customer service number. Which in fact is still [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want my money back for the product never recieved and also the money for 2 day delivery. Its been a hastle with no end in sight. If I decide to take action with the court system, I guarantee a much higher settlement fee.

Review: parts manufactured by Action Village under the name Warrior products could not fully assembled because of machining quality defects. a joint where a dowell pin assembles into a hole slips right through where there should be a press fit. This pin is essential to operation of the parts I bought. Their position is it is my fault they machined the parts incorrectly. Never heard of anything more ridiculous. Check this company's history on the Revdex.com in Chicago Illinois (where it is based) and you will find out their history resulting in a D minus rating! This company has no clue of the most basic skills in customer service and I reminded them "the customer is always right".Desired Settlement: After dealing with these guys for over an hour the only solution is a full refund of my purchase. I will never do business with these people again.

Review: I ordered 8 airsoft guns and went with the 2 day guaranteed shipping deal. I ordered the guns early Tuesday morning and I still have yet to receive the guns, my money back, or even an email pertaining to my order. Whenever I call customer service, they are busy and their live chat is never running.Desired Settlement: I want my money back as quickly as possible.

One of the items on the order is out of stock and we tried contacting the customer by the email and phone number that is provided on the order. Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-6pm pst and we are more than happy to assist our customers during these times. We will reach out to the customer to see how they would like to proceed.

Review: I purchased Pig Wheels Street Cruiser II (red). They were defective from the factory per Pig Wheels employee.Action Village staff told me to ship the wheels to them so they could have a look at them. They said nothing was wrong. Issues: Bearings do not need to be pressed into wheels, bearings spin freely inside of wheel hub, wrong size hub, 1 centimeter of lateral play, etc.Called Pig Wheels and they stated they were defective and Action Village new that when they were purchased from Tum Yeto. Action Village wants me to pay for shipping my wheels back to me.Won't let me speak to the manager [redacted].Desired Settlement: Take the wheels back that they knew were defective to begin with. Full money refund. Reimburse my UPS shipping cost. Take me off their mailing list.
