I have been fighting a bill from Lake Tye Emergency Physicians since July of The bill was paid in full by my insurance company (Premera Blue Cross) last summer and they show that the check was cashed My insurance company has even called and spoken directly with a woman named Olivia and Iesha I have a reference number for this Please contact me if needed Even though they have been shown that this bill was PIF they continue to send me bills and when called claim they don't see a payment I checked around my city on a Facebook page we have to ask if anyone else has had trouble with this company and was told by several that they had the same problem and Lake Tye Emergency Physicians ruined their good credit I have spoken to the hospital where services took place and they since they have terminated business with Lake Tye they said they can't help me I have looked for a website or direct email for Lake Tye but cannot find one I do not want to be harrassed and st
