Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Very sad to deal with a company that really has no pride is what they doThe owners and myself all witnessed the poor job that was doneThe entire process from beginning to end was a mess and to make excuses for this is just not acceptableThere was never a demand to redo all the window, just where they missed cleaningThe photos were taken the first day the worker showed up, within minutes of him leaving without finishing or letting me know what was happeningCleaning windows is more than just washing the glass, it's also washing the sillsThe simple fact is that this was a donated certificate and Action Window Cleaning did not want to take the time to do the job right from the very beginningThat is the truth, plain and simpleThis was lost revenue for them because is was donated by the prior ownerAny business must stand behind their workMaking excuse's and placing the blame for your bad workmanship onto the customer who bid and won the certificate for cleaning and did nothing to cause this situation is just wrong in every way Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:There was no colorful or inappropriate language, there was no threat to sueThis company is desperately trying to make what they did ok, and it is notI have attached pictures of the windows that I took after finding out that the worker did in fact leave without completing the job even though thehis employer said he was still hereI did look out the windows and the glass was in fact cleanWhen I went out to look for the worker, that is whenI discovered the window sills were filthy and the job was not completedI would not ever recommend this companyThey did not follow through, werelate, did not show for a scheduled appointment, left the job not completed, did not return when they said they would and fabricated informationto make themselves look goodPlease see the photos and you can see that the window sills are a mess, none of the sills were cleaned

Response to the complaint via the Revdex.com:We here at Action Window Cleaning take great pride in the work, product, and our customer serviceWe are appreciative of the work that the Revdex.com does as well as the opportunity to tell our side of the story from the complaint that was filed by [redacted] We take full responsibilities for our mistakes in this matter; we did misplace the customer's info causing a no show on 6/5, we did show up late on 6/when our worker left the job that day he did miss windowsWhen ** called in on 6/ [redacted] said that the windows that were done "look amazing" and that we needed to come back and get the job completed as 6/was a Thursday there weren't many options for us to come out and complete the work informed her we would fit it into the end of day Friday 6/As the work day wore on the crew was out until 7:PM that day they stopped by to try and complete the job and their day's work to find the gate lockedThe customer then called on Monday, we sent out the tech to finish the six windows that were initially missed, work was completedCustomer called on 6/and said since the tech didn't check in the work wasn't completed requested that the tech comes back that day to complete, the customer said that the ones that were completed on 6/weren't done correctly after previously stating that that portion of the work was more than satisfactoryDue to inconsistencies with customer's story and overall displeasure customer service rep involved the ownerThe owner called on 6/stated that we have completed service and customer was previously ok with work asking for reasoning for the change of heart on her part, customer responded by saying we did an awful accompanied with abusive and colorful language useOwner explained the coupon purchased was offered by a previous owner and we were trying to honor it but could not keep coming back out if there isn't a reason for the change of tune from the customer as to why our work went form "look amazing" to "(word that would make your mom blush) awful" customer wanted us to come back out and redo the entire job due to her overall experienceOwner informed customer the work was completed and wouldn't be coming back out at that point customer responded by calling us unpleasant things we care not to repeat and threatening to sue usDue to the fact, the customer had changed her tune on our work with no valid reasoning, used abusive language and words to our owner, and threaten to sueWe don't feel comfortable going back to this place of business to work in fear accusations and legal actionThe work that was paid for has been completed as we did $of exterior window cleaning We do not offer any type of satisfaction guarantee, with that said we work hard to make sure all our customers are satisfied and strive to put a quality product out there as our records with the Revdex.com as well as our reviews indicate In this case, we feel we have done all we can to resolve this matter

The response provided unfortunately, is right in line with the type of back and forth and deceit from this customerWe ask that this customer never recommend us to anyoneThere wasn't a problem with our work until we showed up after hours to finish the windows that were missed by our employee miss the first time, to find we didn't have access for to themWe have zero reason to make our selves look good as our Revdex.com rating is currently an A although this I'm sure will sadly effect that and we continue to grow rapidly through word of mouthIn terms of the pictures in question when were they taken? Before the Rain we received on June 10th? The fact of the matter is the customer had no complaint with our quality of work until we tried to fit her in on a Friday after missing windows on a Wednesday job to make things rightUs showing up around and finding the gate locked, the customer then didn't believe that we tried coming out, got upset said we needed to redo them allShe wants us to believe that the job was satisfactory until almost a week later, after a rain storm days after completion of most of the windows, she has used abusive language coupled with threatsIn her response it says that she noticed the job was unsatisfactory the first time we came out, that isn't true no mention of that was made until a 5-days laterGiven the events that have taken place and they way things have be handle we won't be setting foot on her property anytime soon due to liability concerns and not wanting our employees in harms way. -Action Window Cleaning

I did look out the windows and the glass was in fact clean. When I went out to look for the worker, that is whenI discovered the window sills were filthy and the job was not completed. I would not ever recommend this company. They did not follow through, werelate, did not show for a scheduled appointment, left the job not completed, did not return when they said they would and fabricated false informationto make themselves look good. Please see the photos and you can see that the window sills are a mess, none of the sills were cleaned.

The entire process from beginning to end was a mess and to make excuses for this is just not acceptable. There was never a demand to redo all the window, just where they missed cleaning. The photos were taken the first day the worker showed up, within 30 minutes of him leaving without finishing or letting me know what was happening. Cleaning windows is more than just washing the glass, it's also washing the sills. The simple fact is that this was a donated certificate and Action Window Cleaning did not want to take the time to do the job right from the very beginning. That is the truth, plain and simple. This was lost revenue for them because is was donated by the prior owner. Any business must stand behind their work. Making excuse's and placing the blame for your bad workmanship onto the customer who bid and won the certificate for cleaning and did nothing to cause this situation is just wrong in every way.
