Action Window & Glass, Inc.

I've never written a review about a company I've hired to do work for me, but then again, I've never had someone go out of their way to help make a remodeling job as painless as possible. Action Windows & Glass of Fort Lauderdale did just that. On a recommendation from my parents and several of their friends who have had their windows & doors replaced by Action Windows & Glass, I called and left a message for the owner, Scott. Unlike any of the other businesses I'd called previously, Scott returned my call within five minutes and scheduled an estimate for the very next day. I recently moved from a house in NY to a condo in Pompano Beach, and was overwhelmed with the rules, regulations and permits necessary to bring my new home into the 21st century. Scott was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the arduous process. The windows and sliding glass doors were ready during the timeframe I'd been given and Action's installers were timely, professional, courteous, and neat. Each time I had a question, my calls were promptly returned personally by Scott, who took the time to explain things to me. I felt heard and validated throughout the entire process. From my limited experience in dealing with professional companies during my remodel here in Florida, those are rare and highly valued qualities. I've already recommended Action Windows and Glass to neighbors who noticed how beautiful my new windows and doors look, and I feel confident that they will be as pleased as I am with the professionalism and the integrity with which Scott runs his business.

From start to finish Scott and his team were simply wonderful.
Choosing windows can be very confusing, Scott took the time to discuss with me the options and also could recommend a good window supplier that he personally have had a great relationship with and that have good costumer service and follow up. Scott has his own team to measure and install the windows, so no gable with unknown subs. I settled for Eco windows, tinted and hurricane proof, approved by Miami dade county, great product. The job was done very professionally, there were no damage done to neither inside and the usual few bits to paint on the outside....I was amazed. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, I fell lucky to have found them! My windows look fab and I am a very happy costumer!
