In reference to the above ID ( [redacted] ) complaint from Mr***:Actionaire performed a maintenance inspection on Mr***’s heating system on 12/11/ In addition, my tech informed Mr [redacted] that there were needed repairs to the system, and Mr [redacted] declined to authorize those repairsMr [redacted] does not live full-time at the residence in question The location is approximately hour from Actionaire’s shop We don’t frequently have techs in that areaAs Mr [redacted] was only going to be in the area on certain days and times, I gave him several options to get his filter installed, including meeting him with a filter that he could install himself in the event we had no available tech on the days he was going to be there We have 100’s of customers willing and capable of sliding a filter into the allotted spot in their heating system In fact, we highly recommend that the customer replace the filters themselves every 3-months in between maintenance visits to extend the life of their systems Mr [redacted] was unreasonable, unfriendly, and unwilling to be flexible Therefore, I was unable to assist him to his satisfactionI am refunding Mr***’s payment for the maintenance visit and he should contact another heating company to service his equipment in the future.I trust this puts an end to this issue.Best regards,Rocki O [redacted] Owner/ManagerActionaire, Inc.360-538-
