AC unit and duct system replaced
Work completed on September 28th AC ducts redone with new material. Since work completed there are issues with ducts with no air. Contacted office numerous times with no resolution. Company was paid at time of service. As peR contract 20year warranty.

On 5/15/19 an AC Unit was installed in my home. On 5/20/19 I sent the owner of AMC Cool Air Contractor a text message that the AC unit was not cooling my house. He sent me back a text message back that he would send someone out to look at the unit
he never sent anyone out. On 5/21/19 I sent him another text message that the AC Unit has been running all day and it still wasn't cooling my house. He never sent anyone out to fix it.So I called the office and someone else answered the phone and told me the Owner is out of the country but that they would send someone out to fix it.They came and changed the thermostat and told me it would work fine now but it didn't.So when the owner of the company came back into town on 6/4/19 he came out to my house and told me he would send someone out the next day to replace the unit. On 6/12/19 after sending him numerous messages they showed up at 3pm with a new unit but the guy that came out wasn't an installer so he waited until 7pm for the installer to show up. It was starting to get dark but he did his best and installed the AC unit but he left all the wires hanging out of the unit and told me he would be back in the morning to fix it They never came out to fix it and the wires are still hanging out of the unit this is a fire hazard. But the AC unit was working fine.On 6/17/19 I called the owner again to tell him the AC unit was freezing up.He told me that he would send someone out about 8pm saw that the AC Unit was frozen and told me to turn it off for about 1 1/2 hour so I Did. The next day the were suppose to come out and check the AC Unit but they never did.On 6/20/19 At 9am I called the owner to ask him when he was going to send someone out to check to AC Unit and this was his answer to me (I am not sending anyone out their any more that job has cost me to much time and money) so here we are 2 sick people with no AC

Good afternoon, after meet Miss ***, we made all corrections needed, we pulled a permit through our partnership with Chaar Cooling LLC, we gave to miss *** a cashier check # XXXXXXXXXX for the amount of $1,000.00 on July 09,2019 as a compensation for the inconvenience and she promised us to contact you in order to remove the complaint, she also signed a affidavit of no complaints regarding this matter.
