The Golden Nugget website does provide for a customer to review, change, or cancel their online reservation through the My Bookings tab. Once they book themselves online, they need to make any changes or cancels to that reservation directly online in order to have accurate booking details in the...

system. From the main page • Click on Book a Room tab • Click My Bookings at top right. • Enter their Confirmation Code and also their email address. They can then click the Cancel Reservation or Change Reservation tab and make any necessary adjustments.
