This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen I scheduled an appointment with them and then the morning of the appointment, they cancelled I rescheduled for a Saturday between 8:am and noon and they never showed up They never called or anything I called them at noon and they put me on hold forever They finally came back and said the truck broke down so they need to reschedule for another week I said I will find someone else since they cancelled on me twice
They take your $service fee and run, never call you back, their phone service puts you on hold for daysI will NOT stop posting about them until I get a refund of my $ Unbelievable
We bought a microwave oven with extended warranty with active appliance They came on two weeks ago to fix it and were unable to as they needed to order partswhen reinstalling the microwave they re-used the old duct tape and left greasy fingerprints all over the microwave Today they are supposed to be here between 8:AM and noon, it is 12:and no sign of them I
