I am rejecting this response because:The owner of this business twists facts, and ignores the actual problemI did NOT coming in yelling and screaming and threateningI came in to have a conversation about the vehicle I purchased, with which I found issuesYes I was upset, but I did not yell and scream, and I did not come in with threatsWhen I was rudely thrown out of the place, I did inform the owner that I would be contacting the Revdex.comThat is not a threat. The business owner's response to my complaint very intentionally ignores the fact that I was lied to when purchasing the vehicle, and that the *** was NEVER supplied when asked forThey explicitly lied about prior accidents to the vehicle when I inquired about the history of the carThe mechanic who repaired my car mentioned three other *** in the space of a month with busted head gaskets, and as he works with the dealership, that leads me to think that they are very well aware of the problem with these cars, and yet sell them for full market value anywayThey take advantage of young female drivers, and when something goes wrong, instead of finding a way to solve the problem, they treat their customers terribly, and throw them outThis is unacceptableI did not ask for much for this to be resolved, and yet instead of finding a compromise to this resolution, they spat in my face.

07/18/2016Dear [redacted]:All of our vehicles are PA STATE INSPECTED at official inspection stations in the local area. If the car needed brakes after three weeks they are being used excessively. Head Gaskets can go at anytime and if it had a bad head gasket it wouldn't have run long after...

We give a 3 month/3,000 mile extended warranty because you just do not know when something will happen,We have been in business for over 30 years and have very few complaints and always find a resolution with our customers. This customer decided it was okay to come into the dealership and yell and scream and threaten the employees along with her father This is not the way to handle an issue and we told her to please leave. We are sorry for any issues the car had but they are machines and can break at anytime.Thank you,
