Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I went to the website the company included in their response and this is what it shows: I agree to the Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy explaining that I will be billed $for the S&H and if I don't cancel within Days + Days Shipping trial period, I will be billed $I will receive a new 30-days supply each month until I call (877) 982-to cancel my subscription.That is very clear However, I ordered my free sample from a Facebook link and not this website and do not recall seeing those terms and conditions Also, they indicated that my account has already been cancelled on May I did call to cancel on that date and spoke with a customer service representative by the name of [redacted] and he indicated that in order to cancel I would have to return the remaining product at a cost of $ He said to avoid paying that fee I would have to call back to cancel on exactly June which I planned on doing I'm still going to call on that date because I'm not sure if I can believe the response I received via the Revdex.com [redacted]

I went to the website the company included in their response and this is what it shows:  I agree to the Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy explaining that I will be billed $4.95 for the S&H and if I don't cancel within 10 Days + 4 Days Shipping trial period, I will be billed $89.85 .
