Purchased a bottle for $4.95 shipping. Said it was free. 14 days later I find an $89 charge. Tried calling the number and was hung up on 10 times. Finally talked with someone at 9:57 pm 9/13/18 and he said that there was a notice that after the 14 days they would charge full price.
I never saw this.
I asked for my money back and they said no. Contacting my bank to fight this unauthorized charge.

Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint from our customer, Case Number: ***. Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriously. We understand the customer concerns, however, we were unable to find the customer within our database. In addition the complaint shows as addressed to “Juneau Skin Serum” under “complaint background.” We ask that you direct this customer to the correct party regarding this matter as our company does not sell Juneau Skin Serum products, our company on sells ACTIVE LUMINOUS SERUM.

Dear Revdex.com: On 8/16/18 I went on-line to my back account and I got a pop-up which would not allow me to see my checking account, the pop-up was for Active Luminous Serum for $4.95. I then click to purchase it just to get it off my screen and then another pop-up Hydra-E Face Cream for $4.90 again I could not delete it, therefore I was forced to purchase this item, once this was done I had access to my checking account. Then on 8/30/18 my checking account showed that there was a withdrawal for $79.99 and $89.95. I proceeded to call the number listed on my checking account to inquired about this charge the gentlemen stated that I failed to read the fine print which stated that the product had to be cancelled within 14 days, I stated that this was 14 days, he then changed the wording to before 14 days. This really upset me, because I could not afford this purchase,. I called the bank to see what I could do and they stated that they could put in a complaint to stop any additional withdrawals but could not return the funds. The lady stated that they may refund a percentage of the charge. I then called the company back stated I needed a refund since I'm a senior citizen and 81 years old and on a fixed income. I needed the funds to pay my space rent. I could not get any results. I asked for his supervisor , I was placed on hold for several minutes, therefore I called on my cellphone, they answer this phone and informed him that I was still on hold on my other phone. He finally connected to the supervisor he stated that he could refund 35% which was $59.48 I was not pleased but he held all the cards. After I talked to ***, I called the ***f department to state that this was a scam, they informed me to contact the Revdex.com

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Regards

An advertisement for a sample of eye cream and facial cream was seen on FaceBook. This advertised that *** was the one making and selling the cream. The advertisement stated free samples but to only pay for shipping.
This was completed. Shipment of samples received.
Then 2 transactions appeared on my debit card, one for $*** and one for $*** I called the number on the transaction as I thought my debit card may have been hacked. The number was ***. I spoke to Customer Service and explained that I did not approve these charges. After more than 30 mins on the phone, they agreed at different times to discount me 25% then 50% then 75% then finally 80%. They also asked if I agreed not to contact Revdex.com as I told them I would. Then I looked on *** website and there is a note on there stating any facial cream with her name on it is fraudulent. I called the 866 number back and told them this and they stated since I agreed to the 80% off, my case was closed and they could do nothing further.

Dear Revdex.com: On 6/23/18, I saw an ad for the Active Luminous Serum at a trial offer of $4.95. The offer states that it is a 14 day trial.

After I made the purchase, I then realized that if you don't cancel before the 14 day trial basis, you will automatically get billed $84.95 on your credit card!!!

I failed to read this small print. In any event, I have tried to call the company to CANCEL my trial subscription, but the phone just rings and rings.

I would like this account CLOSED BEFORE ANY CHARGES ARE ADDED ON MY CREDIT CARD! THANK YOU.

What do they mean that I did not contact customer service? I did contact customer service and my 14-day trial was cancelled.

HOWEVER, I am disputing the $10.47 that they charged me ADDITIONALLY. I had cancelled the account, so I don't understand why I was charged ANOTHER FEE. THAT IS OUTRAGEOUS.

I AM REQUESTING THAT THE AMOUNT OF $10.47 BE CREDITED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT. THESE PEOPLE PROBABLY GO AROUND CHARGING CUSTOMERS "EXTRA FEES" FOR NO REASON, AND THAT IS HOW THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY.

I DON'T FEEL THAT IS RIGHT.

I replied to this same email a few weeks ago. The company NEVER MENTIONED that they charged me another $10.79 on my credit card!

I AM REQUESTING THAT THEY CREDIT THE $10.79 THAT THEY CHARGED ME. THEY HAD NO BUSINESS CHARGING ME EXTRA FEES.

I CANCELLED WAY IN ADVANCE AND I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE CHARGED FOR ANYTHING, EXCEPT THE $4.95.

SO THEY NEED TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT FOR THE $10.79!!!!!!! THAT IS ALL I HAVE TO SAY AND THE FACT THAT I DO NOT LIKE THIS COMPANY'S PRACTICES. THEY SAID MY ACCOUNT WAS ONLY GOING TO BE CHARGED $4.95 FOR THE "TRIAL OFFER"....SO WHY ARE THEY CHARGING AN EXTRA 10.79?

THEY ARE A FRAUD AND I WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY DO THIS TOO.
