Active Movers

In response to complaint #*** The day this customer is talking about started out with guys calling the customer while gasing up, if it would be alright if they arrived a half hour early.(movers showing up early is a blessing) Customer said that it would be ok if they did, they go over the
paper work and inform the customer it is $per hour with a $dollar gas fee, the customer agrees and the guys start workingmininto the job the customer informs the guys that she only has money for hrsMy worker calls me and tells me what she has told them, I ask him to please put her on the phone.(she never called) I ask her that they said she only has hrs worth for us to work and she tells me that it is correct, so I inform her that if that is the case we need to be fininshed up at the load spot by the hr spot so we can drive and start unloading,she agrees(that is the last time I heard from her, until the husband called days later) When the guys met me in the yard that evening we go over the customers and they tell me that those people were telling them the last moving company moved them in hrs, and that to meet there hr buget,to put there stuff in the garagethe only reason they took the wsher up was because it is hard for someone to do that. They settled up with the customer, she paid them the $for the hrs and a $tipNothing was heard from them for days, and it was not her it was her husbandThe only thing he said was the sofa was abit damagedI asked him where my guys put the sofa and he said the garageI let him know that when there are other people doing the move we cannot be responibleI let him know that if the sofa was damaged it most likily happened going though the door way, and he and his wife carried it(sofas need to be tilted at the right angle) All this other stuff about being early,bed,walls and whatever she is stating she never talked about until nowAnd for the record who would pay a company and on top of that tip them if for hours in your life they were that bad(think about that for a min.) And no phone call telling me that they just left her hangingAnd by the way the moving truck was 26' they are the only ones I own
