I recently used Active Moving to move my family to another state and I was incredibly impressed with the level of service we received. From the initial phone call, through packing up our belongings, loading them onto their truck and then unloading at our new home, every step of the process was handled professionally and efficiently. The movers were friendly yet efficient, taking great care to make sure our items were safely packed, loaded and unloaded. We would highly recommend their services for anyone needing a reliable moving company!
The protocol for all moves is to check with the customer the inventory list when the stuff picked up ( including counting the boxes), and also at the time of deliveryWhatever customer signed for on the pick was delivered to the customerThe paperwork was signedThe inventory list our company has matched all boxes and customer's belongingsThere was no mismatches or dischargesThe representative kept talking with the customer multiple times trying to see why the customer confusing the amount of the boxes
At this time, I have been contacted directly by Active Moving Incregarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [redacted] from Active Moving called me on April *** [redacted] said a) she's really sorry I'm unhappy; b) they can't possibly refund me any money; c) they'd send me a check for $"as a courtesy" I said that since they'd overcharged me almost $1500, a check for $would not make me happy Of COURSE they could refund money; it's their own company They just don't want to They bullied me into this overcharge, and now hope $will keep me from posting lousy reviews What would keep me from posting bad reviews of this company is CORRECTING THE OVERCHARGE Thank you In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***
I couldn't ask for a better serviceThey shipped my items from NY to NVAll items arrived earlier than expected even without any issuesVery professional and packed everything up within one dayBest quote as well!! I would use them again in a heartbeat!
