Active kind of jacked me around about price and blamed it on a late start that was my fault. I thought it was kind of a crappy thing to do, especially when I told them it would be a couple months, but whatever. It was only a few hundred dollars.

They were in and out quickly. But later I found out they installed my water heater in a place where the flu had no proper path out of the house. I requested it there, but they didn't bother telling me it couldn't be placed there, they just did it and went on their way. They also failed to run a water line to my fridge, which was in the contract.
